If you love cooking and baking, then you know a good apron is an essential kitchen tool. For me, sometimes I wear them and when I don’t – I regret it. I always cook with a lot of olive oil and the second that splatters on me I regret not putting my apron on. And when it comes to aprons, I love a good vintage looking apron that is inspired by looks from the past with a very feminine silhouette. Sometimes they’re frilly, and sometimes less is more. The fit
I have several of these aprons and really love them. Sometimes have some trouble finding aprons that look right on me because I tend to have larger hips and thighs. I find straight line aprons don’t look great on me and most things without a tie around the waist make me look like a paper bag. These vintage apron styles have more of an A-line structure that I truly believe looks good on everyone.
The patterns
When it comes to vintage aprons, I really love not only the way they fit but the colors and patterns you can find. I love a good linen material that lays beautifully, but I also love a print that is delicate, soft and beautiful.
